BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Monday, Oct. 24, 2023.
10-16-23 Olivia M. Krelo, age 24, of West Frankfort was arrested for domestic battery and battery.
10-16-23 Dalton A. Cavins, age 28, of West Frankfort was arrested for domestic battery.
10-16-23 Gary W. Morrison, age 39, of Christopher was issued traffic citations for speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
10-17-23 Max A. Herrell, age 23, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
10-17-23 Dennon L. Gilliam, age 21, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
10-18-23 William H. Withrow, age 50, of Mulkeytown was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, driving while license suspended, operating a vehicle with only one headlight and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
10-18-23 Darion J. Grey, age 28, of St. Louis, MO. was arrested for aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a Peace Officer, unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle and obstructing justice.
10-19-23 Devon J. Lawson, age 28, of Benton was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
10-20-23 Courtney N. Moyers, age 34, of Christopher was arrested for violation of a stalking no contact order.
10-22-23 Richard A. Bradley, age 45, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
10-22-23 Kara S. Grutzius, age 18, of Thompsonville was arrested for unlawful use of weapons and mob action.
10-22-23 Corey P. Deweerdt, age 18, of Royalton was arrested for aggravated battery and mob action.
WARRANT ARRESTS
10-20-23 Joseph E. Baxter, age 50, of Sesser. Failure to appear for criminal damage to property.
10-21-23 Brandon T. Lane, age 42, of West Frankfort. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.
The public is reminded that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
