MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Thursday, Dec. 14, 2023.
Russell Weeaks, 26, of DeSoto was arrested for Delivery of Controlled Substance and Possession of Cannabis by Passenger on Dec. 12, 2023 in the area of Morgan Avenue and Atchison Avenue.
Sarah Fulgham, 31, of Carterville was arrested for Possession of Adulterants on Dec 12, 2023 in the area of Morgan Avenue and Atchison Avenue.
Jason Hammonds, 41, of Christopher was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance on Dec. 12, 2023 in the area of North Court Street and Scottsboro Road.
David Neagle, 31, of Marion was arrested for Violation of Sex Offender Registration on Dec. 12, 2023 in the 1000 block of East Griggs Street.
Shane Smith, 21, of West Frankfort was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and Operation of Motor Vehicle When Registration Suspended for Noninsurance on Dec. 12 in the 2600 block of West DeYoung.
Serrea Vaughn, 29, of Carterville was arrested for Retail Theft on Dec. 13, 2023 in the 2800 block of East Outer Drive.
Candice Wright, 47, of Marion was issued a citation for Driving While License Suspended on Dec. 14, 2023 in the area of East Main and South Mechanic Street.
