CARBONDALE – The Badd Axe Ladies program through the Carbondale Fire Department is accepting applications for its annual hands-on job shadow program. Applicants must be 16 years of age or older and attending one of the following schools:
-Carbondale Community High School
-Murphysboro High School
-John A Logan Community College
-Southern Illinois University
Young ladies interested in participating can apply online or find more information via the City of Carbondale’s website or on the Badd Axe Ladies’ Facebook page. Applications are due Feb. 15.
