Emery Eubanks, 26, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft at Rural King on Jan. 26, 2024.
Allen Gervais, 61, of Chicago was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Jan. 29, 2024.
April Watson, 42, of West Frankfort was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the 3000 block of West DeYoung Street on Jan. 30, 2024.
Jacob Short, 40, of Ziegler was arrested for Retail Theft at Dillard’s and Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Jan. 30, 2024.
Timothy Hart, 45, of Plainfield was arrested for Retail Theft and Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer at Walmart on Feb. 1, 2024.
Shane Smith, 21, of West Frankfort was arrested for Driving on a Suspended License, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Operating a Vehicle with Suspended Registration in the area of Morgan Avenue and Stanford Avenue on Feb. 1, 2024.
Penny Childress, 53, of Harrisburg was arrested for Driving on a Suspended License, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of a Controlled Substance in the area of East Main Street and Old Creal Springs Road on Feb. 2, 2024.
Sara Ramirez, 27, of Equality was issued a citation for Driving on a Suspended License in the area of West DeYoung Street and Vicksburg Street on Feb. 2, 2024.
