BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2024
2-5-24 Joshua S. Williams, age 27, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
2-6-24 Jeffery L. Joyner, age 43, of Woodstock, IL was arrested for driving while license suspended. Joyner was also issued traffic citations for speeding and improper passing.
2-6-24 Richard S. Morgan, age 62, of Elkville was issued a traffic citation for leaving the scene of an accident.
2-6-24 Joshua C. Gooch, age 31, of Eldorado was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
2-7-24 Cory D. Payne, age 34, of Benton was arrested for driving while license revoked.
2-8-24 Andrew S. Webb, age 39, of Royalton was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
2-9-24 Dakota L. Lowery, age 22, of McLeansboro was arrested for battery.
2-9-24 Tonya L. Tarrence, age 46, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for having a suspended registration.
WARRANT ARRESTS
2-6-24 Derek A. Selby, age 27, of Benton. Williamson County failure to appear for retail theft.
2-7-27 Brianna N. Baldwin, age 39, of West Frankfort. Violation of probation.
2-8-24 Paul J. Hasse, age 41, of Creal Springs. Home repair fraud.
2-10-24 Noah M. Wilkins, age 22, of Harrisburg. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended and a Saline County failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.
2-10-24 Caleb R. Grant, age 33, of Johnston City. Theft and forgery.
2-12-24 Jamie L. Bradford, age 39, of Marion. Williamson County failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.
The public is reminded that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
