MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Friday, March 1, 2024.
Thomas Bischoff, 33, of Du Quoin was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the 1700 block of West DeYoung Street on Feb. 2, 2024.
Guyton Vern Jr., 63, of Carrier Mills was issued citations for Driving on a Suspended License, Operating a Vehicle with No Insurance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the area of East DeYoung Street and East Main Street on Feb. 22, 2024.
Robert Chapman III, 32, of Marion was issued a citation for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis in the 1300 block of West Boulevard Street on Feb. 23, 2024.
Charles Rheaume-Frey, 23, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Feb. 27, 2024.
Danielle Kubiak, 29, of West Frankfort was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Feb. 28, 2024.
Justin Franics, 34, of Golconda was arrested for Disorderly Conduct in the 700 Block of East McKinley Street on Feb. 28, 2024.
Dane Brown, 28, of Eldorado was arrested for Driving on a Suspended License, Operating an Uninsured Vehicle and Operating a Vehicle with Suspended Registration in the 3200 block of Banterra Drive on Feb. 28, 2024.
