MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Tuesday, April 2, 2024.
Gregory Emery, 56, of Marion was arrested for two counts of Violation of Sex Offender Registration Act in the 1200 block of West Enterprise Way on March 27, 2024.
John Frizzell Jr, 27, of Marion was arrested for Violation of Violent Offender Registration in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on March 27, 2024.
Holly Shadowens, 26, of Carbondale was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis in the area of North Vicksburg and West Stockton Street on March 27, 2024.
Elizabeth Diefenbach, 38, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on March 28,2024.
Jamie Cartwright, 44, of Carterville was issued citations for Driving on a Suspended License and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle in the area of West Main Street and North Lear Street on March 28, 2024.
Alyssa Paulson, 31, of St Louis, MO, was arrested for Domestic Battery, Criminal Damage to Property and Criminal Trespass to Residence in the 900 block of East Main Street on March 28, 2024.
Christian Leeper, 18, was arrested for Aggravated Assault and Disorderly Conduct in the 1100 block of North Carbon Street on March 29, 2024.
Melissa Charter-Yoscovitch, 41, of Fernley, NV, was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on March 30, 2024.
Alan Reliford, 29, of Marion was issued a citation for Assault in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on March 30, 2024.
