BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Monday, May 13, 2024.
5-6-24 Larissa C. Grimes, age 34 of Benton was issued a traffic citation for reckless driving.
5-7-24 Stephen M. Morris, age 49, of Benton was arrested for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration and possession of drug paraphernalia.
5-7-24 Garrett W. Willmore, age 25, of West Frankfort was issued traffic citations for having an expired registration and speeding.
5-8-24 Keenan D. Martin, age 18, of Thompsonville was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
5-9-24 Amy J. Odom, age 38, of Woodlawn was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
5-9-24 Brian K. Hurd, age 44, of Harrisburg was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
5-9-24 Teddy R. Price, age 47, of Harrisburg was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
5-11-24 Janice S. Downard, age 61, of Belleville, IL was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
5-11-24 Eugene A. Shaneyfelt, age 61, of Pinckneyville was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
5-11-24 Drake C. Adams, age 20, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
5-11-24 Thomas E. Marler, age 62, of Royalton was arrested for battery.
5-12-24 Samuel D. Phillips, age 22, of Puxico, MO was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
5-12-24 Dalton I. George, age 30, of West Frankfort was issued traffic citations for speeding, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.
5-12-24 Cody W. Crews, age 29, of Buckner was arrested for two counts of domestic battery, interference with the reporting of domestic violence and reckless discharge of a firearm.
5-13-24 Jessie L. Murrie, age 26, of Zeigler was arrested for reckless driving, aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a Peace Officer, violation of driver’s license classification, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash, disobeying traffic control devices and obstructing a Peace Officer.

5-6-24 Jordan M. Klingaman, age 35, of Sesser. Failure to appear warrants for criminal trespass to residence and theft.
5-7-24 Danielle L. Newman, age 36, of Norris, IL. Failure to appear for residential burglary.
5-8-24 Jennifer R. Shelton, age 34, of Carbondale. Failure to appear for criminal trespass to property.
5-8-24 Robert L. Watkins, age 56, of West Frankfort. Criminal trespass to state supported land.
5-9-24 Kevin W. Kondoudis, age 54, of Buckner. Domestic battery.
5-12-24 Bernard P. Barth, age 50, of Carbondale. Failure to appear for violation of an order of protection.
