BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Monday, June 24, 2024.
6-17-24 Ashley N. Smolley, age 36, of Sesser was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
6-17-24 Marcus D. Garrett, age 20, of Carbondale was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
6-18-24 Kashmer A. Barnes, age 30, of Harrisburg was arrested for driving while license suspended and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration. Barnes was also issued traffic citations for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding.
6-18-24 Xuan L. Nguyen, age 27, of Herrin was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
6-18-24 Nathaniel J. Robasse, age 44, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
6-18-24 Derek A. Loucks, age 37, of Christopher was issued a traffic citation for improper use of an electronic device.
6-19-24 Robert M. Andrews, age 30, of Energy was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
6-19-24 Mackenzie L. Gray, age 31, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
6-19-24 Alberto L. Ponce, age 26, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
6-19-24 Kelsey M. Debose, age 26, of Eldorado was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
6-19-24 Christie D. Bybee, age 49, of Thompsonville was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
6-19-24 Adrianna J. Wilkerson, age 18, of New Haven, IL, was issued traffic citations for speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
6-19-24 Jessica L. Milton, age 36, of Murphysboro was issued traffic citations for speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
6-19-24 Heather A. Pulley, age 36, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
6-20-24 Thomas L. Cook, age 56, of West Frankfort was arrested for obstructing identification.
6-20-24 Ronald G. Worley, age 41, of Mulkeytown was arrested for unlawful failure to register as a sex offender and unlawful residency of a child sex offender.
6-21-24 Wesley D. Key age 46 of Benton was arrested for driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
6-22-24 Elijah J. Field, age 25, of Galatia was issued a traffic citation for disobeying a stop sign.
6-22-24 Chelsea J. Webb, age 30, of Enfield was issued a traffic citation for disobeying a stop sign.
6-23-24 Holly E. Pearson, age 39, of Sesser was arrested for domestic battery.
6-23-24 Charles E. Cockrum, age 46, of Benton was arrested for domestic battery.
WARRANT ARRESTS
6-18-24 Sean M. Beasley, age 36, of Mt. Vernon. Two Jackson County failure to appear warrants for aggravated battery and criminal damage to property.
6-18-24 Trent M. Myers, age 21, of Marion. Failure to appear for leaving the scene of an accident.
6-18-24 Brittany A. Stanley, age 25, of West Frankfort. Domestic battery and reckless discharge of a firearm.
