MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Friday, Aug. 16, 2024.
Jullie Martin, 61, of West Frankfort was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Aug. 6, 2024.
Shirley Shadowens, 71, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Aug. 13, 2024.
Melissa Abernathy, 45, of Herrin was issued citations for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Driving While a Suspended License on Aug. 13, 2024, in the 1100 block of North Carbon Street.
Timothy Besix, 34, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass to Property on Aug. 13, 2024, in the 400 block of East DeYoung Street.
