Dianna Lackey, 44, of Carbondale was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Sept. 3, 2024.
Kayla Sadler, 40, of Marion was arrested for Aggravated Battery in the 800 block of West Main Street on Sept 3, 2024.
Norma Davis, 70, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass to Property in the 3300 block of West DeYoung on Sept. 3, 2024.
Ian Matheny, 25, of Marion was arrested for Assault, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer on Sept. 5, 2024, in the 900 block of West Main Street.
Timothy Besix, 34, of Marion was arrested for Violation of an Order of Protection on Sept. 2, 2024, in the 700 block of North McLaren Street.
Jason Baker, 49, of Carterville was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and Unlawful Use of Cannabis by Driver on Sept. 3, 2024, in the 2600 block of Blue Heron Drive.
Ronald Durham, 20, of Moultrie, GA, was issued a citation for Driving on a Suspended License on Sept. 3, 2024, in the area of Morgan Avenue and North Carbon Street.
Nicole Keen, 44, of Marion was arrested for Forgery/Alter Documents in the 1700 block of West DeYoung Street on Sept. 5, 2024.
