BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Monday, Sept. 16, 2024.
9-3-24 Aaron C. Orr, age 37, of Freeman Spur was issued a traffic citation for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.
9-3-24 Tiffany L. Holman, age 42, of Christopher was arrested for criminal trespass to residence and resisting a Peace Officer.
9-4-24 Brian K. Smith, age 58, of Harrisburg was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
9-4-24 James T. Boguskie, age 31, of Zeigler was issued traffic citations for disobeying a stop sign and no valid driver’s license.
9-4-24 Richard J. James, age 61, of West Frankfort was arrested for battery.
9-5-24 James J. McElroy, age 75, of Benton was arrested for domestic battery.
9-7-24 Scotty D. Turner, age 42, of West Frankfort was arrested for aggravated domestic battery. Turner also had two warrants for two counts of domestic battery and two counts of violation of an order of protection.
9-8-24 John B. Murphy, age 41, of West Frankfort was arrested for reckless discharge of a firearm.
9-10-24 Daryl L. Zimmerman, age 20, of Manheim, PA, was issued a traffic citation for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
9-11-24 Ian D. Markham, age 37, of Royalton was arrested for domestic battery and resisting a Peace Officer.
9-14-24 Todd A. Smith, age 54, of Coello was arrested for domestic battery.
9-14-24 Melinda D. Reynolds, age 54, of Mulkeytown was arrested for domestic battery.
9-15-24 Stewart C. Bozarth, age 41, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
9-15-24 Trinton M. Barnfield, age 21, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
9-15-24 Kyle A. Ingersoll, age 33, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

9-3-24 Chase M. Johnson, age 30, of West Frankfort. Failure to appear for criminal trespass to property.
9-4-24 Amanda L. Ortiz, age 44, of West Frankfort. Failure to appear for theft.
9-7-24 Donald D. Rogers Jr., age 51, of Johnson City. Failure to appear for theft.
9-7-24 Nicole D. Keen, age 44, of Marion. Failure to appear for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.
9-9-24 Brayden I. Williams, age 19, of Ballwin, MO. Failure to appear for unlawful use of cannabis.
9-11-24 Jack A. Isom, age 30, of Carrier Mills. Failure to appear for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
9-12-24 Jesse L. Haynes, age 37, of Creal Springs. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.
9-12-24 Kennith O. McCalla, age 50, of Marion. Failure to appear for driving while license revoked.
9-12-24 Nicolas A. Ladd, age 31, of Carterville. Battery.
