WEST FRANKFORT – Several area fire departments assisted West Frankfort firefighters in an early Monday morning fire at Web’s Meat Processing on South Jefferson Street in West Frankfort.
According to the Fire Department Incidents Facebook page, firefighters were called to the scene around 3:15 a.m. and fire was already through the roof upon arrival. A box alarm was requested.
No injuries were reported.
The State Fire Marshal is investigating.
