BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Monday, Sept. 30, 2024.
9-21-24 Madison L. Pearl, age 21, of Bonnie was issued a traffic citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
9-21-24 Leona L. Autumn-Star, age 35, of Carbondale was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield.
9-23-24 David M. Nayman, age 37, of Zeigler was arrested for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
9-24-24 Cody J. Shepler, age 24, of Mt. Vernon was issued a traffic citation for operating a vehicle with an expired registration.
9-24-24 Keith M. Jeralds, age 53, of Royalton was arrested for unlawful use of weapons.
9-24-24 Codie E. Vickers, age 53, of Royalton was arrested for unlawful violation of an order of protection.
9-25-24 Larry C. Summers, age 47, of Benton was arrested for driving while license suspended and failure to signal when required.
9-25-24 Reagan L. Mumbower, age 20, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for operating a vehicle with an expired registration (over 1 year).
9-25-24 Kevin J. Fasig, age 29, of Mulkeytown was arrested for two counts of Aggravated Assault (Class 4 Felony), four counts of Criminal Damage to Property (Class 3 Felony), Resisting / Obstructing a Peace Officer (Class A Misdemeanor) and Armed Violence (Class X Felony).
9-26-24 Dustin L. Williams, age 37, of Herrin was arrested for reckless conduct.
9-26-24 Shawn M. Shreves, age 33, of Benton was arrested for aggravated domestic battery.
9-26-24 Amber N. Mize, age 37, of West Frankfort was arrested for aggravated domestic battery.
9-27-24 Joseph S. Herbert, age 49, of West Frankfort was arrested for animal cruelty.
9-28-24 Miguel A. Rosales-Castor, age 36, of Kansas City, KS, was issued traffic citations for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and no valid driver’s license.
9-28-24 Richard E. Mize, age 62, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for having an expired driver’s license (more than 1 year).
9-29-24 Connor R. Bennett, age 20, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

9-23-24 Sarah J. Williams, age 44, of Christopher. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.
9-26-24 Jeremiah D. Ellet, age 40, of Centralia. Failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.
9-27-24 Raymond J. Schneider, age 33, of Ina. Failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.
9-27-24 Britny L. Sutton, age 28, of Benton. Failure to appear for retail theft.
