MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Monday, Sept. 30, 2024.
Krista Overmyer, 53, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass to Property in the 100 block of North Court Street on Sept. 25, 2024.
Toneisha Ford, 31, of Herrin was issued a citation for Operating a Vehicle without a Valid Driver’s License-Never Issued on Sept. 26, 2024, in the area of North Bentley Street and West DeYoung Street.
Steven Hutson, 60, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Cannabis and Production of 5-20 Cannabis Plants in the 700 block of South Aikman Street on Sept. 27, 2024.
Joshua Thompson, 41, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery in the 800 block of Maplewood Street on Sept. 29, 2024.
Seth Roberts, 38, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Damage to Property and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer in the 1400 block of Shawnee Drive on Sept. 30, 2024.
Betty Colp, 37, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery in the 1600 block of West Yost Drive on Sept. 30, 2024.
Malcolm Vuichard, 31, of Cape Girardeau, MO, was arrested for Driving on Suspended License and an outstanding Perry County warrant on Sept. 30, 2024 in the area of East Main Street.
