BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Monday, Oct. 7, 2024.
9-30-24 Steven L. Dial, age 31, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.
9-30-24 Ashley N. Williams, age 38, of Sesser was issued a traffic citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
10-1-24 Ruth E. Ray, age 62, of Pittsburg was issued a traffic citation for disobeying a traffic control device.
10-2-24 Sharika S. Webb, age 28, of Christopher was issued traffic citations for operating an uninsured vehicle and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.
10-3-24 Jeremy J. Urban, age 44, of Sesser was arrested for resisting a Peace Officer.
10-3-24 Brent Vanfossan, age 47, of Coello was issued a traffic citation for failure to stop at a stop sign.
10-5-24 Eli D. Cardwell, age 22, of Thompsonville was arrested for domestic battery.
10-5-24 Wally E. King, age 58, of Zeigler was issued traffic citations for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a vehicle without a registration.
10-5-24 Jacob R. Steckenrider, age 40, of West Frankfort was arrested for driving while license suspended.
10-6-24 Kristi M. Wegrzyn, age 53, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.
10-6-24 Randy N. Brown Jr., age 23, of Mulkeytown was arrested for criminal damage to property and domestic battery.
10-6-24 Stephen L. Crain, age 48, of Marion was issued traffic citations for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.
10-7-24 Joe C. Majors, age 35, of Carterville was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
WARRANT ARRESTS
9-30-24 Terri R. Cagle, age 32, of Johnston City. Failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.
9-30-24 Bobby J. Owen, age 46, of Benton. Failure to appear for driving while license revoked.
9-30-24 Angela G. Neeley, age 46, of West Frankfort. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.
10-3-24 Caleb L. Baker, age 19, of Christopher. Deceptive Practices.
10-4-24 Joseph A. Rone, age 4,2 of Benton. Failure to appear for failure to register as a sex offender.
