MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Monday, Oct. 7, 2024.
Cody Conover, 21, of Marion was issued citations for Unlawful Use of Cannabis by Driver and Driving While License Revoked on Oct. 3, 2024, in the 100 block of South Liberty Street.
Marianne Cousin, 56, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft and Criminal Trespass to Property at Walmart on Oct. 5, 2024.
Emery Eubanks, 27, of Sesser was arrested for Retail Theft at Roll N Up Liquor Store on West DeYoung Street on Oct. 6, 2024.
Christopher Jennings, 52, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamines in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on Oct. 6, 2024.
Eddie Webb, 37, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamines in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on Oct. 6, 2024.
