MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Monday, Oct. 14, 2024.
Matthew Hopkins, 37, of Benton was arrested for Mail/Wire Fraud and Financial Institution Fraud in the 2800 Block of Outer Drive on Oct. 9, 2024.
Geneva Hagen, 23, of Carterville was arrested for Driving on a Suspended License in the area of West Main Street and South Granite Street on Oct. 11, 2024.
David Mosbacker, 40, of Marion was arrested for Driving on a Revoked License, Aggravated Fleeing, Reckless Conduct and Reckless Driving in the area of South Court Street and West Boyton Street on Oct. 12, 2024.
Robert Rush Jr., 35, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery in the 200 block of South Market Street on Oct. 12, 2024.
Norma Shepard, 70, of Marion was arrested for False Alarm/Complaint to 911 and Criminal Trespass to State Supported Property at Harrison-Bruce Park on Oct. 14, 2024.
