BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Monday, Nov. 19, 2024.
11-12-24 Curtis R. Key, age 49, of Buckner was arrested for burglary and criminal damage to property.
11-12-24 Patrick W. Bishop, age 50, of Orlando, FL, was arrested for obstructing justice and a Hamilton County failure to appear warrant for possession of methamphetamine.
11-13-24 Nolan S. Fann, age 19, of Johnston City was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
11-13-24 Jonah R. Harbart, age 21, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
11-14-24 Mary G. Reyling, age 41, of Orient was issued a traffic citation for no valid driver’s license.
11-14-24 Maddison C. Shaputis, age 26, of Thompsonville was arrested for battery.
11-15-24 John T. Gaskin, age 63, of West Frankfort was arrested for driving while license revoked.
11-15-24 Kenneth W. Still, age 35, of Woodlawn was arrested for driving while license suspended.
11-15-24 Daniel R. Cockrum, age 45, of Benton was arrested for domestic battery, criminal damage to property and violation of conditions of pretrial release.
WARRANT ARRESTS
11-12-24 Christopher R.C. Abell, age 33, of Eldorado. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.
11-12-24 Brett A. Burnett, age 41, of West Frankfort. Failure to appear for delivery of methamphetamine.
11-13-24 Robert J. Carlton, age 54, of West Frankfort. Failure to appear for battery.
11-15-24 Rachael M. McNeely, age 37, of West Frankfort. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.
