WEST FRANKFORT – Franklin County Sheriff Kyle Bacon says 16-year-old Matthew K. Shockley of rural West Frankfort has been found and is safe.
Earlier this week Shockley left his home without consent and was thought to be in the West Frankfort area.
The sheriff thanks West Frankfort Police for their help in finding Shockley.
