BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following warrant information for publication on Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2024.
Thirty-nine-year-old Justin W. Halterman is wanted out of Franklin County for Criminal Trespass to Residence. He was last known to be living in the Sesser area.
Forty-year-old Curtis B. Moss is wanted out of Franklin County for Resisting a Peace Officer. He was last known to be living in the Vandalia area.
Thirty-two-year-old Bruce D. Hay is wanted out of Franklin County for Aggravated Assault. He was last known to be living in the West Frankfort area.
If you see any of these subjects, please do not approach them as they could be considered armed and/or dangerous.
