ANNA – Northbound I-57, from Illinois 146 to I-24, in Union County will be closed to traffic starting at midnight Tuesday for pavement patching, weather permitting.
According to IDOT, motorists should use the following detours:
- Northbound traffic will utilize Illinois 146 to U.S. 45 in Vienna to I-24 to I-57.
- Southbound lanes will remain open.
Repairs are anticipated to be finished with northbound I-57 reopening by 7 p.m. Tuesday.
