MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Friday, Jan. 3, 2025.
Hardy Hammonds, 40, of Sparta was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Dec. 30, 2024.
Dakota Johnson, 31, of Marion was issued a citation for Driving on Suspended License in the 1000 block of DeYoung Street on Dec. 30, 2024.
Roberta Dalton, 56, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Damage to Property, Criminal Trespass to Residence and Aggravated Assault to Elderly in the 100 block of Carbon Street on Dec. 31, 2024.
John Veach, 58, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine in the 2600 block of Main Street on Jan. 1, 2025.
Jerry Williams, 41, of Marion was arrested for Violation of Sex Offender Registry in the 900 block of Prairie Street on Jan. 2, 2025.
