BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following warrant information on Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2025.
Thirty-five-year-old Brett R. Eubanks is wanted out of Franklin County for Theft. He was last known to be living in the Benton area.
Fifty-year-old Chad D. Hutchinson is wanted out of Franklin County for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. He was last known to be living in the Benton area.
Forty-seven-year-old Shawn O. Dennis is wanted out of Franklin County for Aggravated Battery. He was last known to be living in the Zeigler area.
If you see any of these subjects, please do not approach them as some could be considered armed and/or dangerous. Contact your local law enforcement agency or the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department at 618-438-4841.
