DU QUOIN – The City of Du Quoin says due to ice and snow covering meters over the last few weeks, most water bills going out this month will be an estimated bill.
Customers will see “Estimated” on the lower portion of their bill signaling it was not read. This may result in bills that are slightly off from the norm this month and next month as correct readings are brought in.
