MCLEANSBORO – McLeansboro Police arrested a man Thursday after responding to a disturbance call and took him into custody for Aggravated Battery.
Hamilton County State’s Attorney Justin Hood says Bryce Hanes had his first advisement Friday and was released on pretrial conditions. His preliminary hearing is set for Wednesday, March 5. A public defender was appointed to represent him.
