NORRIS CITY – A two-vehicle accident with severe injuries happened Tuesday on Illinois 1 at County Road 300 East in White County according to White County Sheriff Jordan Weiss.
Eyewitness reports stated that Jonathan Shaw was driving his vehicle south on Illinois 1 when he drove into the oncoming lane and struck a Wayne-White Counties Electric Cooperative truck driven by Nathan Coston.
Shaw was airlifted to an Evansville, Indiana, hospital for injuries sustained. Coston denied medical attention on scene.
