METROPOLIS – The City of Metropolis will hold its Winter Clean Up next week.
Items must be at your normal pick up point and within five feet of the trash container.
All items must be bagged or in a container.
Anything loose must be bundled for one person to handle.
You should have your trash out on your normal day by 6 a.m.
No construction debris, electronics, tires, batteries, hazardous/medical waste, car parts, yard waste, flammable liquids, appliances or paint (unless empty or dry) will be picked up.
