MURPHYSBORO – Murphysboro residents who live on Fiddler Ridge Road and Lake Forest Drive will see some significant improvements coming soon to their roads which they say have been getting worse for some time.
The City of Murphysboro Tuesday awarded Samron Midwest Contracting the bid to make improvements. Samron’s bid was $160,000.
Work is expected to begin in the coming months with completion this summer.
