SPRINGFIELD – The Illinois Department of Public Health has announced its 2024 Fourth Quarter Report of Nursing Home Violations.
Officials say 305 violation reports were completed in the fourth quarter.
Facilities in Anna, Benton, Carbondale, Herrin, Marion, Metropolis, Mt. Vernon and Rosiclare were all mentioned for violations in the report.
