Bost Apologizes for Problems with Monday’s Telephone Town Hall

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Mike Bost has issued an apology to those who experienced technical difficulties with Monday night’s telephone town hall.

Bost says he and his staff are conferring with their service provider to determine what went wrong and how they can best avoid issues in the future.

Bost went on to say that while they never intentionally restrict access to constituents registered to participate, it’s clear that the number of people who never received a call exceeded the rate typically expected for such a large conference meeting.

Bost says he is getting another telephone town hall scheduled as we speak, so stay tuned for details.
