CARMI – A man has been charged with Failure to Register as a Sex Offender after being arrested at a home located at 112 Iris Lane in Carmi Monday according to Carmi Police.
Thirty-five-year-old Matthew L. Barnes of Carmi had been living at the home since Friday and had not registered. He had last been registered in Randolph County at homeless.
Barnes is lodged in the White County Jail.
