MT. VERNON – The City of Mt. Vernon is partnering with J&C E-Recycling to hold a Community Electronic Recycling Drive on Saturday, May 10, from 9 a.m. to noon, at 1201 Casey Ave.
Items that will be accepted include computer towers, computer parts, cell phones, battery backups, power supplies, printers, electric motors, hard drives, mice, floppy drives, CD ROMs, keyboards, memory RAM, laptops, speakers, modems, batteries, computer fans, wire, lawn tools, weed eaters, lawn mowers, DVD/VHS players, small appliances (like blenders, hair dryers, bread machines, etc.) and televisions (limit 2 per household).
