DU QUOIN – Du Quoin Police are investigating a Tuesday night incident at Casey’s on North Hickory Street.
Police responded around 8:20 p.m. and discovered that the victim of the incident had left the scene and was found later at a local hospital with injuries.
More information will be released at a later time according to police.
The Perry County Sheriff’s Office and Illinois State Police assisted Du Quoin Police at the scene.
