HERRIN – Williamson County Sheriff’s Deputies recovered a stolen car Friday in Herrin.
Deputies patrolling the area of 7th and Pine Street in Herrin saw a vehicle parked off the roadway in a vacant grassy area near the railroad tracks
Deputies had not previously observed vehicles parked in this area. A check of the vehicle’s registration discovered the vehicle was stolen out of Benton.
Deputies recovered the vehicle which will be processed by crime scene for evidence.
