CARMI – A New Haven woman wanted on a White County warrant along with warrants from Posey County and Vanderburgh County, Indiana, was arrested Friday morning at Dollar General in Carmi after Carmi Police responded to a possible trespasser at the store.
Police found 44-year-old Sara A. Ray who had been banned from the store. She was arrested on the warrants and issued a citation for Criminal Trespass.
Ray was taken to the White County Jail and released on all White County charges due to pretrial release.
Ray is being held because Vanderburgh County and Posey County are willing to extradite.
