BLUFORD – A Bluford man is in the Jefferson County Jail on gun-related charges following a reported domestic disturbance in the 15000 block of North Legion Lane in Bluford Monday afternoon.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office says 45-year-old James B. Robinson is charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and Possession of a Defaced Firearm. He is being held at the jail awaiting a pre-trial detention hearing.
Deputies at the scene gathered evidence of illegally possessed firearms and ammunition.
A search warrant was obtained for Robinson’s property where other evidence of criminal activity was located.
