MARION – Williamson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested two people after they were seen leaving a home known to distribute narcotics in the northwest part of the county and commit several traffic violations just before 4 Thursday afternoon.

According to the sheriff’s office, deputies stopped the driver, Edward A. Brewer, and cited him for traffic violations. His passenger, Jamie L. Bradford, was cited for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Another’s Credit/Debit Card and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. They were taken to Williamson County Jail.
After being stopped Brewer refused to provide identification and was discovered to have a suspended Illinois driver’s license.
Bradford was found with meth and hypodermic syringes in her purse. The syringes later field tested positive for meth. She was also searched at the jail where a bag containing 1.85 grams of meth was found in her bra along with several debit/credit cards that didn’t belong to her.
