MT. VERNON – The City of Mt. Vernon’s Engineering and Inspections Department will begin enforcing the ordinance on overgrown weeds and dry vegetation Monday.
If your grass is over a foot tall or there’s dry, dead brush on your property, now’s the time to take care of it.
