WEST FRANKFORT – A 9-year-old juvenile suffered non-life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle while riding their bike Sunday afternoon in the 1000 block of East Cleveland in West Frankfort.
West Frankfort Police say due to the child’s injuries, they were transported by Air Evac to St. Louis Cardinal Glennon Hospital.
The case is considered closed and no citations were issued according to police.
