MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Monday, Aug. 19, 2024.
Bernard Brown, 38, of Carbondale was arrested for Domestic Battery in the 1300 block of West End Street on Aug. 16, 2024.
Thomas Partain, 68, of Anna was arrested for A Child Sex Offender in Public Park in the 700 block of East Thompson Street on Aug. 18, 2024.
Melissa Przbocky, 42, of Carbondale was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Aug. 18, 2024.
Kmaurea Hunter, 25, of Marion was for Interfering with Reporting a Domestic Violence Incident and Aggravated Battery/Strangulation in the 800 block of East Marshall Street on Aug. 19, 2024.
