WALTONVILLE – A Scams and Fraud Awareness Program will be held Friday night at 6 at the Waltonville Community Church on South Hirons Street.
Detective Sergeant Tyler Rose, with the Salem Police Department, will offer free information on how to avoid being the victim of fraud or scams.
It is not only important for the individual to be able to avoid being a victim, but also so that knowledge can be used to help family and friends avoid it as well.
