BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2024.
10-7-24 Paul D. Irby, age 50, of Zeigler was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle. Irby also has a warrant out of Texas for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
10-7-24 Virginia A. Metzler, age 67, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and two traffic citations for failure to properly restrain a child.
10-9-24 Rebekka E. Stewart, age 33, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.
10-9-24 Garrett L. Cardwell, age 41, of Benton was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing a Peace Officer.
10-11-24 Joshua B. Steely, age 38, of Mulkeytown was arrested for two counts of battery and resisting a Peace Officer.
10-14-24 Anthony A. Stanley, age 44, of West Frankfort was arrested for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration and speeding.
10-14-24 Rudolph C. Bramlett, age 47, of Zeigler was arrested for residential burglary, criminal trespass to a residence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

10-7-24 Nicholas A. Carrano, age 21, of Mt. Vernon. Failure to appear for feeling/attempting to elude a Peace Officer.
10-7-24 Justin L. Russell, age 40, of Bonnie. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.
10-7-24 Rebecca L. Shepherd, age 55, of Thompsonville. Williamson County failure to appear warrant for possession of methamphetamine.
10-8-24 Collin R. Bowers, age 20, of Carbondale. Failure to appear for speeding (over 30 mph).
10-10-24 Danny W. Eubanks Jr., age 42, of Benton. Failure to appear for domestic battery.
10-10-24 Christy S. Jasper, age 45, of Benton. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.
10-11-24 Diontey D. Wills, age 41, of Murphysboro. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.
10-12-24 Sarah J. Hubbard, age 42, of Thompsonville. Williamson County failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.
10-13-24 Gregory L. Melvin, age 53, of West Frankfort. Failure to appear for driving while license revoked.
10-13-24 Corey T. Plymale, age 33, of Lonoke, AR. Arkansas warrant for violation of conditional release.
10-13-24 Taylor M. Galbraith, age 30, of West Frankfort. Petition to revoke pretrial release.
