MARION – The Marion Street Department will help residents with limb cleanup efforts following the recent winter weather event.
Street crews are still working to maintain roads and clear sidewalks for safe passage. Once these primary tasks are complete, they will begin collecting limbs that have fallen during the storm.
Please place any fallen limbs or organic debris from your yard by the roadside. It will be picked up as soon as possible.
If you prefer to handle the debris yourself, the street department’s debris yard, located at 1316 S. Van Buren St., is open extended hours every day. It is free to use for all organic yard debris.
