CARBONDALE – Carbondale Police are investigating an armed robbery that happened in the 2300 block of South Illinois Avenue Sunday night.
Police say the victim was delivering food when the suspect approached and eventually displayed a gun. The suspect demanded the victim’s money and then ordered the victim to leave.
The suspect was described as a black male, standing 5’7”tall, wearing a black jacket with an Adidas logo and dark jeans. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
