MCLEANSBORO – A man has been charged with four counts of Child Pornography following an investigation by McLeansboro Police into Child Pornography.
Hamilton County State’s Attorney Justin Hood says a detention hearing for Rafael Torres of McLeansboro was held Friday. He is lodged in the White County Jail until his preliminary hearing on Wednesday, Feb. 19. A public defender was appointed to represent him.
