CARBONDALE – Due to a sharp increase in Influenza A cases, SIH announced Thursday temporary visitor restrictions are being put in place at its hospitals to protect patients, families and staff.
Visitation is limited to individuals ages 18 and older.
Each patient may have no more than two visitors at a time. If you have flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, etc.), please refrain from visiting.
To help prevent the spread of illness, masks and hand sanitizer are available at all hospital entrances and throughout our facilities.
