METROPOLIS – A man is charged with Disorderly Conduct and Domestic Battery following a domestic disturbance in the parking lot of the Superbowl bowling alley in Metropolis Saturday.
Metropolis Police say they received several 911 calls about the incident. Police arrived and found the couple and saw that the woman was bleeding.
A witness told police he saw 32-year-old Brandon L. Gilbert yelling and screaming at the victim and that Gilbert shoved the victim to the ground.
Gilbert was then charged and lodged in the Massac County Detention Center.
