AVA – A Vergennes woman, 22-year-old Jenna D. Robinson, suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries in a single-vehicle rollover crash with possible entrapment on Illinois 151 south of Little Kincaid Road in rural Ava just before 6 Monday morning according to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.
Robinson was driving south on 151 when she lost control of her vehicle and left the roadway. The vehicle collided with an embankment causing it to overturn and sustain significant damage. It was towed from the scene.
Robinson was taken by ambulance to an area hospital for treatment of her injuries.
The crash remains under investigation by the sheriff’s office.
