MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2024.
Garrett Dunning, 20, of Marion was arrested for Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and Solicitation to Meet a Child on Jan. 5, 2024, in the area of Nichole Lane.
James Rankin, 53, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft at Dillard’s and Possession of Controlled Substance on Jan. 5, 2024.
Jason Francis, 34, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Jan. 5, 2024, in the 500 block of Parham Street.
John Jordan, 35, of Goreville was arrested for Criminal Trespass to Property in the 100 block of West Boulevard Street on Jan. 5, 2024.
Aaron McDonald, 38, of Dundas, IL was arrested for Possession of Another’s Credit Card, Possession of Lost/Mislaid Property and No Valid Insurance on Jan. 6, 2024, in the 1300 block of North Carbon Street.
Joseph Hazen, 46, of Carterville was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart and Possession of Controlled Substance on Jan. 6, 2024.
Justin Null, 36, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft at Rural King on Jan. 6, 2024.
Cary Green, 50, of Cairo was arrested for Obstructing a Police Officer on Jan. 7, 2024, in the 2300 block of West Main Street.
